Creamy foods are so easy to eat, especially when its food that reminds you of thanksgiving day. Nothing is better than getting the proper nutrients while tasting like you're cheating on your diet! INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb(s), Broccoli Florets
  • 10.75 fluid ounce, Soup, cream of mushroom, canned, condensed
  • 1 tbsp (13 g), Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup, Bread stuffing, cornbread, dry mix, prepared
  • 1 lb(s), Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 4 ounce, Shredded Cheddar


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees .
  2. Boil chicken until tender and shred or cut into bite size pieces. Meanwhile, steam broccoli until crisp but tender.
  3. In a small bowl mix together the soup and mayonnaise. Set aside.
  4. Using cooking spray, coat a 9x13 inch baking dish. Layer the chicken, broccoli, soup mixture and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
