Shipping and Returns Policy

PLEASE READ THESE POLICIES BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE ON OUR SITE.

By making a purchase on this web site, you signify you assent to these policies. We reserve the right at our discretion, without notice, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these policies at any time. Please check these policies periodically for changes.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling rates are based on the weight of each item being shipped and are calculated using the shopping carts interface with the shippers’ web site. If the actual shipping amount is less than the calculated shipping amount, the difference is will be considered a handling fee.

In stock items are shipped from our warehouse generally within 1 to 3 business days of order placement. Some of the products we sell may be shipped directly from one of our distributors and may take longer.

Orders of more than one item may be shipped in separate packages.

Free shipping, if applicable, applies only to items shipped within the continental United States. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. All orders with free shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground.

Refund and Returns

You must contact us to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before the item can be returned for a refund or replacement.

Refunds will be credited to the same account that used for the original purchase.

Due to health regulations, some items such as toilet seats, linens, bedding, comforters, sheets, and pillow cases, can not be returned if taken out of the original package and/or used.

Custom, clearance, close-out, special, and discontinued items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Damaged Item Replacement

We will replace any item damaged during shipment, at no cost to the buyer. We must be notified within 5 business days (M-F) after damaged merchandise has been received. If the damaged item is no longer available or it is a one of a kind item, we will fully reimburse you of the item cost including shipping and handling fees. We require the damaged item be returned to us at our expense.

Damaged Item Return

We will fully refund any item damaged during shipment, at no cost to the buyer including shipping and handling fees. We must be notified within 5 business days (M-F) after damaged merchandise has been received. We require the damaged item be returned to us at our expense.

Not Satisfied Return

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased from our web site, within 30 days of the purchase date, you may return the item for a full refund including the shipping and handling fees for that item. The item must be returned in its original product packaging. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your item.

When returning an item for refund or replacement these rules will be followed:

• If you are not using our prepaid return shipping label, insurance must be purchased to cover the full price of the item being returned.
• The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package. If there is no RMA number written on the package, it will be refused and returned to you.
• The item being returned must be adequately packaged for shipping. The item must also be returned in its original product packaging.
